Good Morning Fam…. Isn’t it great to be loved by the Father? Isn’t it wonderful to know that God loves us, every single thing about us, well except our behavior sometimes? It is fantastic knowledge that God has great things in store for us, in fact so much that He say’s “ eyes have not seen, nor have ear heard, nor have the thoughts entered into mind, the things that He has for us”.
It’s crazy to feel and acknowledge that kind of love and complete assurance of care then realize that there are some people out there that do not want it. Let me change that, they want it, but that is all they want the benefits of being His child. They are not willing to go pass that into the abundance and the overflow of His blessings. They want it quick, they want it easy, and they want it now!
They do not to want to study or do homework for the advanced degree. They do not want to work for the additional money to provide for their family. They do not fast, or read, or pray, but they just want to be sooooooo anointed. In other words, they want the blessing, but don’t want the suffering to come with it. For example, you had a dream to get a degree, you worked hard and you achieved that goal, so how many family events did you miss to get it? You needed additional income, you picked up a part-time job, and EARNED extra money, how much sleep did you lose, how many children programs did you miss? How much did you have to go through, to get to your goal?
Now I admit, perhaps we got a little bit happy when God spoke to us about the things He was going to do in our lives, so not knowing any better in our excitement we blabbed and bragged to others. We did not realize at the time that our knowledge and talents come from God and we should direct all praise back to Him. We were just so happy and grateful to God that He found us worthy to be blessed, so we told all our friends and family. Never realizing that half of those folks do not like us anyhow (1) We are loved by God (2) He chose to bless us: Both his love and his blessings can be seen by anybody. They begin making plans to kill us, to bring us down, to stop us dead in your tracks. All because they are jealous of the work that God is doing in our lives. Funny thing though, He would do the same thing in their lives if they would submit to Him. Consider for a moment the story of Joseph, his coat of many color and his brothers in Genesis Chapter 37. It wasn’t Joseph’s fault that his father loved him. He had a dream and shared it with his family, not fully aware that they already hated him. They sold him into slavery; he winded accused of trying to sleep with Potiphar’s wife and sent to prison. All because of jealousy, which grew into rage, and completely blinded them to the fact that he was their brother and if he was going to be blessed abundantly by becoming king, they would be blessed abundantly as well.
Genesis 37: 18-20 18 And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him.
19 And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.
20 Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.~ Let your light shine!
Blessed by this post!
This is so true, keeping quiet until your achievements have been fulfilled. There are many people that don’t want to see others succeed, and there area many people that want to take your idea and make it their own. So keep quiet until your hard work comes to fruition!!!!
